Description
Lap Joint flange is a movable flange piece, which is generally matched on water supply and drainage accessories. When the manufacturer leaves the factory, there is a flange at both ends of the expansion joint, which is directly connected with the pipeline and equipment in the project with bolts.
Lap Joint flange is to save materials. Its structure is divided into two parts. One end of the pipe is connected with the pipe and the other end is made into butt welding ring. The flange plate is made of low-grade materials, while the pipe part is made of the same materials as the pipe, so as to save materials.

Characteristic
Lap Joint flange saves cost. When the pipe material is special and expensive, the cost of welding Lap Joint flange is lower than that of welding flange of the same material.
Convenient for construction. For example, it is not easy to align the corresponding flange bolt holes during connection, or prevent the flange bolt holes from changing in the future.
